As a Lifestyle Designer, I blend my expertise in holistic Occupational Therapy and Human Design with a deep curiosity about what makes each of us who we are. I’m devoted to creating a life that feels good to live in — and helping others discover what that means for them, too.
After over a decade of being in service to others, I’ve learned there’s no single “right” way to build a fulfilling life. What supports one person may leave another feeling depleted, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. So much can shift when we stop trying to fit ourselves into lives that don’t quite fit and start paying attention to what actually works for us.
Together in sessions, we explore your strengths, needs, patterns, and natural rhythms — what’s working, what no longer fits, and what you want your life to look and feel like moving forward.
I blend insight with practical, whole-person support to help you bring that understanding into your actual life — your career and sense of purpose, relationships, body, routines, and everyday choices. Human Design is one of the core frameworks I use to deepen that process, while my Occupational Therapy background helps bridge the gap between self-understanding and real-life application.
Sometimes that means reconnecting with a sense of meaning or direction, navigating a major transition, or recognizing patterns that have kept you stuck. And sometimes you simply know the way you’ve been living or working no longer quite fits, even if what comes next hasn’t fully taken shape yet.
I believe meaningful change often happens in the seemingly small things: how we spend our mornings, the expectations we carry, the spaces we live in, the work we give our energy to, the relationships we nurture, and the way we care for ourselves day after day.
More than anything, I want to help you know yourself more deeply, trust what works for you, and create a life that feels good to live in.
